At FragrEssence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or sprayed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@fragressence.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
